Privacy Policy

We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how our company collects information from all end users of our Internet services (the "Services")-those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts ("Visitors") as well as those who may purchase Products and/or pay a monthly service fee to subscribe to the Service ("Members")-what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Visitors and Members have concerning the collection and use of such information.

We recognize the need for appropriate protections and management of your personal information that you provide to us. C.A.P.I. inc. has therefore established this Privacy Statement to assist you to understand what information we collect and how that information is used. This Privacy Statement applies to C.A.P.I. inc. including its Divisions and Subsidiaries.

Vivyrelax web site does make limited use of cookies to better serve you. However, we do not store any personal or credit card information about you in these cookies. They do contain a session id number and some other basic information about your visit (for instance, which country you chose when you came to the site).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Secure Transactions
All requests and credit card confirmations sent to us from our web site go through a secure server to protect your information. To verify that your browser is using the secure server, look for a small padlock icon on the lower part of your browser window. If it is shown in the 'locked' position, your transaction is secure. (Please note, the security features are only turned on for pages where you can view and submit your request or confirm your quote by providing your credit card number.)

Email Newsletter
We use an 'opt-in' email newsletter. This means you will be sent a confirmation email when your address is submitted to us. If you do not respond to this message, we will not send you any more email. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletter or modify the format in which you receive it at any time.

Email Inquiries
Responses to Email Inquiries: When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Voluntary Customer Surveys:
We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys. We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of products and services we offer and how we provide them to you. Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential. Participation in our customer surveys is voluntary.

We may take the information we receive from individuals responding to our Customer Surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of other customers we may have, to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as gender, age, residence, hobbies, education, employment, industry sector, or other demographic information). We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our services to you, and to develop new services and products. This aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

Special Cases:
It is our company's policy not to use or share the personal information about Visitors of Members in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

C.A.P.I. inc. will not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the individual, as required by applicable law.

To the extent that C.A.P.I. inc. uses personal information to email you about our product and services, C.A.P.I.'s email practices are in compliance with the U.S. and E.U. SPAM laws. Information about the U.S. and E.U. SPAM laws can be found at http://www.spamlaws.com/.

Personal information given to C.A.P.I. inc. may be transferred across state and country borders for data consolidation, storage and simplified information management.

C.A.P.I. inc. will not sell, trade or lease your personal information to others.

If you do not wish to provide the personal information requested, however, you may not be able to proceed with the activity or receive the benefit for which the personal information is being requested.

In no event does the cookie we place on your computer tell us anything about your visits to other websites or your use of the Internet in any other way.

If you would prefer not to receive any cookies, most browsers can be set to refuse cookies or to alert you when one is being sent. It is possible, however, that some portions of this site may not function properly if the cookies are disabled.

Advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.
